Basketball IN Alberta is indeed a Game for Life™ that assists those of us who participate in developing a variety of life skills that transfer to and benefit our day to day lives.
We learn to work together, to work hard, to overcome obstacles and strive toward meaningful goals. We learn how to build and foster meaningful relationships, to adapt, to persevere, and to respect others. Most of all, we learn valuable leadership skills essential to living our lives more fully.
The Basketball IN Alberta – A Game for Life™ philosophy is front and centre in all of our programming, events and services we offer. We work hard to provide our athletes, coaches, officials, administrators and spectators the opportunity to grow as people through our amazing sport and way of life.
