Carstairs to Carry Flag for Arctic Winter Games

Sam Carstairs has been selected to carry the flag for Team Alberta North at the 2010 Arctic Winter Games. Basketball Alberta is very proud of Sam and wish both the women's and men's team the best of luck at the Arctic Winter Games being held in Grande Prairie.
